Functions

With the help of the E-Key it is possible to handle different functions:
1. Door opening:
Press the key once, the green light fl ashes on
2. Automatic mode:
Press the key for 6 sec, the green light fl ashes on two times. In the automatic mode it is
possible to open the door by pressing the ON KEY at the input unit only if the E-KEY is in
radio range. In the automatic mode the green light fl ashes. After 15 min the automatic
mode turns off automatically or with pressing the key for a further 6 sec. manually.

3. Programming mode:

Press for 15 sec. Lamp fl ashes briefl y three times in a row.
The programming mode has three purposes:
1. Registration of additional E-KEYS using the management
software Home, Business, or Professional (not included in package)
2. Synchronisation of the radio channel set in the E-KEY using the
channel set in the lock (see menu: E-KEY Synchr. in the Op. Instr.TSE 3004/3005)
3. Search for an E-KEY within the TSE management software
If the door opens with a delay of 3-7sec after pressing the knob and the red LED is flashing
at the same time, the battery (CR2032) of the E-Key has to be replaced immediately. If the
door opens with a delay of 3-7sec after pressing the knob without the red LED fl ashing, the
battery (2x1,5V LR6 ALKALINE) of the lock unit has to be replaced immediately and if existing
of the input unit (2x1,5V LR6 ALKALINE) as well. We would recommend batteries with flat
surfaces.

Please be aware that electrical and electronic equipment and batteries shall not be
disposed of as household waste,but rather collected separately. Please obtain information
on the collecting points for electrical waste from the responsible authority of you
municipality.
