• Fit the front grille (1), inserting the rear grille in the guide in the connecting
ring (6). You will hear a "click". The fixing plate (7) must appear to be centred
in the lower section.
• Close the fixing plate (7) and tighten the safety screw.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
• Press the ON/OFF switch to start the fan; it will start on low speed. Each
time this switch is pressed again the speed will increase, from low to me-
dium to high.
• To stop the fan, press the ON/OFF switch when it is in high speed posi-
tion..
• To cause the fan to oscillate horizontally, press the button (9), to stop the
oscillation, gently pull the button up. Fig 5
• The fan may also be inclined at an angle of 45º to the vertical. Adjust this
inclination pressing gently on the upper part of the motor shaft (7), forwards
or backwards.
Turn-off timer
• Press the timer switch (11) once to select an operating time of 1 hour, after
which the appliance will automatically switch off. To select a period of 2
hours or 4 hours. Press the timer switch (11) once or twice more. To cancel
the time set, press the switch (11) until all the timer indicator lights are
off.
• Both the power setting and the time selected with the timer will be shown
by the corresponding indicator light.
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
• The remote control unit operates with two 1.5 V LR-03 AAA batteries. It is
advisable to remove the batteries from the unit if it is not going to be used
for more than one month Do not mix old and new batteries.
• The remote control unit can be used to select the functions that can be
selected with the existing switches in your fan, plus the "Operating modes"
function.
• Pressing the ON/OFF switch (19.A) will start or turn off the appliance.
• The speed selector switch (19.B) enables the user to select low, medium or
high operating speed.
• To select an operating time of 1, 2 or 4 hours, after which the appliance is
to be turned off, press the turn-off timer (19.C) once, twice or three times.
• Pressing the Mode switch (19.D) will cause the fan operating speed light to
flash, and the fan will proceed in cycles in which it will stop for a few seconds
and start again after a brief period.
