5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The steamer does not heat up
The steamer does not produce heat
Water spills from water tank
Pilot light goes "on" and "off"
The steamer produces a pumping sound

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Remove the fabric brush from its steam
head and clean using a damp cloth.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents or solvents.
• Do not drop, throw or try to bend the
steamer.
• Do not attempt to disassemble you
product.
• Always empty the water tank after use
and rinse with clean water.
Possible Solution
Check main plug is inserted correctly. Check
power supply.
Check the water level and the water tank cover is
properly closed. Allow sufficient time for steamer
to heat up.
Press the steamer button harder. Hold the steamer
in upright position.
Make sure water is not over the "Max" level. Make
sure water tank cover is properly closed.
This is normal. The light goes "on" when steamer
is heating up and goes "off" when steamer has
heated and ready to use.
Check water level. Water needs to be refilled if it is
below the minimum or there is no water.
