Troubleshooting

This chapter summarizes the most common problems you could
encounter. If you are unable to solve the problem with the informa-
tion below, contact your local Silk'n Customer Service Center for
further support.
Problem
Silk'n Clear does
not work
Silk'n Clear suddenly

Device temperature

Undo the screw at the bottom panel of the
Applicator.
Lift and remove the top panel of the Applicator.
Push the three snaps and pull out the electronics card.
Cut the tow wires that connect the rechargeable
batteries pack to the Applicator.
Cut the tow wires that connect the electronics card
to the lower panel of the Applicator.
Possible Cause
The rechargeable
batteries are empty
The Applicator is
Broken
The rechargeable
batteries are empty
This is normal
Solution
Charge the Applicator
Contact your local Silk'n customer Service
