When should you measure:
always in the morning before getting up –
at the same time if possible.
Where to take a measurement:
oral (under the tongue to the left or right of the
fraenum), vaginal or rectal – don't alterate during
a period.
When do you switch it off:
when a successful measurement has been acous-
tically indicated. (Forgotten to switch off? No

problem: Cyclotest Lady switches itself off auto-
matically after 10 minutes).
When do you make a record:
after getting up. The result stays in the memory
until the next measurement.
What to do with the result:
enter the measured value in the
period chart.
