• Before connecting the device to your power supply, please en-
sure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is com-
patible with your mains supply.
• Only use this unit according to the intended purpose and as
directed in the instruction manual.
• The device is not intended for commercial use.
• Do not use any auxiliary parts that have not been recommen-
ded by the manufacturer.
• Avoid contact with pointed or sharp objects. The warranty is
null and void if it is not used for the intended purpose.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the ap-
pliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the device.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself in the event of any
defects. Not only does this render the warranty null and void
but you can also run the risk of serious hazards (fire, electric
shock, injury). Only have repairs carried out by authorised ser-
vice points.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by chil-
dren unless supervised.
Please note the following in particular concerning electrical
equipment:
Only use the unit in enclosed spaces!
• Only connect the mains adapter when the unit is switched off.
• Do not reach for the unit if it has fallen into water. Disconnect
the mains adapter from the mains socket immediately.
• Keep the mains cable away from hot surfaces and naked
flames.
