Using the Sennheiser Wireless Microphone Receiver

Refer to the manual for the wireless microphone receiver for more information on its front panel operation. Hint: The front
panel display of the wireless microphone receiver turns green when a microphone is detected and is ready to be used. Make
sure this display is green before continuing to the next steps. Adjust the maximum output level of the receiver to +12 dB.
With the Power turned on, turn the Master Volume of the PAS 100 speaker to the second line on the dial. Speak into the
wireless microphone and turn up the input knob for either the Upper or Lower Slot until the red Input Overload light begins to
flash. Turn the Input level back down until the light stops flashing and then turn it down one line more. Turn up the Master
Volume until the sound is loud enough. When a squealing or whistling sound is heard immediately turn the Master Volume
all the way down and slowly turn it back up.

Power Saving Modes

The unit will go into a standby mode to prolong battery life when no sound has been present on the inputs for 6 minutes.
When sound is again present on the inputs the speaker will be ready and operating again within 3 seconds.

Preventative Maintenance

The unit should be wiped down with a soft lint free cloth to remove dust and dirt on a regular basis.
