10) WARRANTY

Schiller Médical guarantees its devices to the purchaser against all material or
manufacturing defects for a period of one year as from the original purchase
date. During this one-year period, Schiller Médical, as soon as it receives a
device presenting a material or manufacturing defect returned accompanied by
written notification of the defect, will repair or replace the defective parts or the
complete product if necessary.
All postal, shipping or handling costs will be borne exclusively by the user.
The manufacturer shall supply, on request, circuit diagrams, lists of components,
descriptions, calibration instructions or any other information, for use by the
qualified technical personnel of the user for repairing such parts of the device as
have been stated to be repairable by the manufacturer. Such supply shall not in
any case constitute permission or approval to modify or repair the devices.
All rights are reserved for the circuits, processes and names mentioned in these
instructions for use.
Schiller Médical shall not be held liable as a result of this warranty for any
secondary or indirect damage, or in the event of unauthorised repairs or
modifications having been made or undertaken, or when the whole or a part of
the product has been damaged by accident, incorrect use or deliberate misuse.
This warranty does not cover the batteries, normal wear and tear, marks or any
other irregularity of appearance which does not prevent or hinder the
performance of the device.
