Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning
the appliance.
Allow the appliance to cool off completely.
Remove stubborn dirt with a special glass
scraper for glass ceramic surfaces.
Clean the cooled glass ceramic surface with a
soft, slightly damp cloth.
Then dry the glass ceramic surface with a soft cloth.
If the ventilation holes are dirty or clogged,
carefully remove the dirt with a vacuum cleaner.

The cooking plate and the base of the pan should
be clean and free of residue to guarantee optimal
heat transfer.
