Possible causes
• Door is not closed properly
• Tap is closed or water flows
too slow.
• Inlet valve filter is blocked.
• Inlet pipe is twisted
• Outlet hose is blocked or
twisted
• Drain pump is blocked
Possible causes
• Interrupted power supply
• Machine's protection
mechanism is active
• NTC is damaged and heating
pipe is aging
• Connection between inlet
pipe or outlet hose and tap or
washing machine is not tight.
• Drain pipe is blocked
• The inlet pipe is not
connected firmly.
• Outlet hose has water leakage
• The clothes are to dirty
• Insufficient detergent
quantity
• Check if fixing (bolts) have been removed
• Machine is not installed on solid floor
• Check for loose objects inside drum e.g. detached ornaments
• Adjust the feet of the machine
Solution
• Restart after the door has
been closed again.
• Open the tap or wait till the
water supply becomes normal
• Check the inlet valve
• Straighten the pipe
• Clean and straighten the
outlet hose.
• Clean drain pump filter
Solution
• Check the power supply
• Disconnect from the
power
• Contact the service
center
• Check and fasten the
water pipes
• Clean up outlet hose
• Fix the inlet pipe
• Replace the drain hose
• Select a proper program
• Add proper detergent
