TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Blower doesn't work.
When the air-speed trigger
is depressed, only the
bottom two air speed bars
are displayed on the LCD
screen.
The speed lock mode
cannot be turned on or off.

CAUSE
The battery pack is not
attached to the blower.
There is no electrical
contact between the
blower and battery
pack.
The battery pack
charge is depleted.
The battery pack or
blower is too hot.
Damaged air-speed
trigger.
The battery pack or
blower is too cold.
Low Ah battery pack
used.
Damaged speed lock
button.
SOLUTION
Attach the battery pack
to the blower.
Remove battery pack,
check contacts and
reinstall the battery
pack.
Charge the battery
pack.
Cool the battery pack
and blower until their
temperature drops
below 152°F (67°C).
Contact EGO Customer
Service for repair.
Remove the battery
pack, allow the battery
pack and blower to
warm up indoors. It is
recommended to fully
charge the battery pack
and start the blower
at low speed without
activating the Turbo
mode.
Use 4.0Ah or higher Ah
battery packs.

Service for repair.
