PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
4. Remove the accessories to be used from the compartment (Fig. F7).
5. Cover the accessory compartment with the cover (C) and slide it to the left until you
hear a "click" (Fig. F8).
If you want to use the extractable shelf (4):
• Place the appliance on the extractable shelf (4) complete with cover (C) and push it
downwards (Fig. F9).
• Push the extractable shelf (4) to the right until you hear a "click"
(Fig. F10).

Operate with the appliance turned off and disconnected
electrically.
Removing the foot (13):
1. Slide the lever of the support (30) inwards; press the foot lifting lever (8) upwards,
then remove the foot (13) (Fig. F11).
Fitting the foot (13):
1. Position the foot (13) under the support (16), taking care that the axis of the foot
corresponds to the groove on the support (Fig. F12).
2. Push the foot lifting lever (8) downwards; the axis of the foot (13) is automatically
installed on the support (Fig. F13).
> > Replacement and installation of the needle
• Operate with the appliance turned off and disconnected
electrically.
• Use only needles supplied or alternatively, needles n°14 (90)
for domestic use.
Other needles can bend or break and cause injury !
• Never sew with a bent needle. A bent needle will break easily
and cause injury !
1. Switch off the appliance by pressing the switch (7) on "0" (OFF).
