Repairs
This air ratchet wrench comply with the relevant safety regulations. Repairs should only be carried out
by an authorized service facility using original spare parts. Otherwise this may result in considerable
danger to the user.
Warning risk of injury
Do not use air tools in potentially explosive atmospheres such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, cleaning solvents or gases. Poor quality or damaged tools such as sockets can fly apart
during operation, propelling particles throughout the work area. Keep hands away from moving parts
such as nut runner socket and running tools. Uncontrolled movement of air hose may occur when it
break up or loosen. Unexpected direction of inserted tool movement can cause a hazardous situation.
The tool or inserted tool such as socket may crush by natural worn material and the workpiece.
Never wear loose fitting clothes, or apparel which contains loose straps or ties, etc. which being
caught in the rotating spindle of the air tools.
5. Putting into operation
5.1
Air supply and connections.
Only use filtered, lubricated, and regulated compressed air.
The following illustration shows the correct mode of connection to the air supply system which
will increase the efficiency and useful life of the tool.
5.2
Before starting
Before connecting the air hose, apply 4 to 5 drops of SAE#10-20 spindle oil at the air inlet.
Also, every 3 to 4 hours of operation, oiling is necessary. Twist Teflon thread tape to ensure a
proper seal air inlet. Then tighten the air coupler into air high speed grinder.
5.3
Only lubricants recommended by the manufacturer shall be used.
5.4
Disconnect air supply from air inlet.
5.5
Insert the attached sockets ,adaptor or extension bar. Always use impact wrench sockets and
accessories in good condition and are intended for use with power tools.
5.6
Release the trigger in the case of an interruption of the energy supply.
5.7
This air impact wrench is designed for Right/Left rotating direction.
Forward and reverse direction is controlled by pushing the button noted. "F" (forward) right
direction (clockwise), for tighten regular screw. "R"(reverse) left direction (counterclockwise),
for loosens regular screw.
6. Maintenance instruction
Air tools require lubrication throughout the life of the tool. The air motor and bearing uses compressed
air to power the tool. Because moisture in compressed air will rust the air motor, you must lubricate
the motor daily.
6.1
Lubrication
6.1.1 Disconnect the tool from the air supply holding it so the air inlet faces up.
6.1.2 Hold the trigger down and put 4 to 5 drops of air tool oil or motor oil
SAE1 0-20 in the air inlet. Holding the trigger down helps circulate oil in the motor.
6.1.3 Connect the tool to air supply, cover the exhaust port with a towel and
run for a few seconds. Warning! Any excess oil in the motor is immediately expelled from the
exhaust port.
Always direct exhaust port away from people or objects.
6.2
Before connecting the air hose, apply 4 to 5 drops of air tool oil SAE10-20 spindle oil at the air
inlet. Also, every 3 to 4 hours of operation, oiling is necessary.
6.3
Storage
Avoid storing the tool in a location subject to high humidity. If the tool is left as it is used, the
residual moisture inside the tool can cause rust. Before storing and after operation, oil the tool
and run it for a short time.
6.4
Regular inspection of spindles, threads, and clamping devices in
respect of wear and tolerances for location of abrasive products.
