The Initio 2 teslameter is an instrument that measures the magnetic field
intensity along two axes with the aid of a Hall effect probe. It has two ranges
10 mT and 100 mT. It can also be used to record data, store it and then
restore it later on a computer.
A WIFI module (ref 451 470) is also available for visualizing and saving
measurements on a tablet or a PC equipped with WIFI.
Equipped with an analogue output, the Initio
datalogging interface with direct inputs via banana jacks or via a Groomy
interface and jack.
2. Utilisation
Upon first use, we recommend that the battery of the Initio
charged. For charging use the ��USB (7) charger supplied in separate
packaging. In general, we recommend using the instrument in complete
charge-discharge cycles (wait until it is completely discharged before fully
recharging)
2.1 Putting into use
- Press the start button (1) situated on the left side of the instrument
The measurement displays directly on the instrument screen.
- To switch off the Initio
by pressing the knurled knob (3).
