Adjusting the Game/Chat balance
a. To adjust the balance between Game and Chat audio, locate the Game/Chat wheel on the front of the left earcup. To increase the
Game audio, scroll the wheel up. To increase chat the audio, scroll the wheel down.
Bluetooth Commands

Hands Free Call
a. In Bluetooth Mode
a. When receiving a call press the Bluetooth button once to answer the call and once to end the call
b. To deny a call long press the Bluetooth button

Listening to Music
a. In Bluetooth Mode
a. Single press Bluetooth Button - Play/Pause Double press Bluetooth button -
b. Triple press Bluetooth button – Go to previous song
Note: The headset will stay connected to Bluetooth when you switch to Dongle Mode. You will still be able to receive incoming calls but not
listen to music. To receive calls in Dongle Mode please follow the hands-fee call steps above
Trouble Shooting
•
No Sound coming out
a. Make sure your volume on the headset is turned up
a. Use the volume wheel to increase the volume
b. Make sure the settings on the console are correct
a. Please refer to Xbox Help page
c. Make sure you are in the right Mode
a. Toggle up for Bluetooth Mode (note you will see a hint of blue on the switch in Bluetooth Mode)
b. Toggle down for Dongle Mode
d. Make sure you are connected to the dongle, see below for repairing to the dongle.
Note: You may experience an issue with game audio not returning after hanging up a call you received via a phone app, such as Discord. To
get your game audio back please try the following. Unlock your phone and close the app or move the mode switch to Bluetooth mode then
back to Dongle mode. If you are still experiencing an issue, please contact our customer service
Mic not working
b. Make sure the mic is not muted
a. Rotate the mic boom all the way down, you should hear a tone when the mic is unmuted
b. Make sure the settings on the console are correct

Headset not connecting to console
c. If the headset loses connection to the dongle, you can simply repair the headset to the dongle, by following these steps:
a. Power off the headset
b. Make sure you are in Dongle Mode and power on the headset.
c. Then, press and hold the green button on the dongle and double press the power button on the headset.
If your headset stops responding altogether you can reset, it by holding the power button for 12 seconds.
