3.6 Pedometer
The pedometer emits beeps
whose frequency you can set in
steps of 5 (30–180 beeps/min.)
and thus match to your pace.
Using the pedometer
In current time mode press the
"MODE" key until "PACER" ap-
pears in the display. To start the

Setting the pace rate
In pedometer mode press the
"MODE" key for 2 seconds.
When the pace rate numerals
flash you can increase or
decrease the setting with the
"CHRONO" and "LAP/RESET"
keys. Holding the "MODE" key
pressed confirms the entry.
