Using the timer

To start the timer and to stop
for a pause, press the
"CHRONO" key each time.
To continue the countdown,
press the "CHRONO" key
again.
In the last 10 minutes of
the remaining time the
watch beeps every minute.
In the last minute the
watch beeps every 10

Select a preset time
seconds.
During the last 5 sec. the
watch beeps each second.
When the countdown time
has finished the signal
sounds for 30 seconds.
You can restart the paused
timer any time with the time
you have pre-programmed
by pressing the "LAP/RE-
SET" key.
