Important
When filling the blender jug with hot ingredients, such as when blending a
soup, pay attention to the maximum filling height of the blender jug for hot
contents of 1200ml (marked "hot" / "hot max" on the blender jug). For cold
ingredients, the maximum filling level is 1750ml.
Cleaning
Please always disconnect the device from the power source before cleaning or
moving it. Be careful not to touch the blades with your fingers. NEVER allow
the motor housing to come into contact with water. You clean the stand mixer
as follows:
Cleaning the blender jug
1. Fill the blender jug about 1/4 full with lukewarm water and a few drops of
detergent. Place the blender jug on the motor housing and close it with the
lid. Then let the blender run in the "Clean" program until it is finished.
2. Now rinse the blender jug completely with tap water and then fill it about
3/4 full with warm water (without detergent). Run the blender again in the
"Clean" program until it is finished.
3. If any residual impurities remain, clean the blender jug with a sponge, some
water and detergent. CARE should always be taken when cleaning the
blades and blade assembly.
4. Allow the blender jug to air dry.
Note
This blender and its components are not designed for cleaning in the dishwasher.
The blender jug can be cleaned in the dishwasher up to 100° C max, but using the
integrated cleaning mode is recommended since the cleaning is more thorough.
Cleaning the lid
1. Remove the lid from the mixing bowl.
2. Clean the lid under lukewarm running tap water. Then dry it and reattach it
to the blender jug.
Cleaning the motor housing
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet if you have not already done so.
2. Wipe the outer side of the motor housing with a damp soft cotton or micro-
fiber cloth. NEVER immerse the motor housing under water or other liquids!
3. Make sure that the adjustment wheel moves freely and can be pressed with-
out any problems.
4. Dry the motor housing with a dry soft cloth.

the motor housing.
