Troubleshooting
If you have problems with your cleaner, follow the troubleshooting steps below to restore
performance. Note: turn off the power before making any repairs.
Problem
Unable to vacuum debris
Debris escapes from the front
transparent canister
Debris is escaping from the
filter
The "V" plastic clip is damaged
inside the handle
The cleaner cannot be
charged.
Possible causes
The battery is low
Impeller is clogged
Impeller is damaged
The canister is full
The filter(s) are clogged
Anti Return Valve
The canister is full of debris
The filter is damaged
Broken V-clip
Battery is damaged.
The charging cable is not fully
connected to the external
adapter and to the cleaner.
The charger is broken.
Solution
Please recharge the cleaner
Turn off the cleaner and check the impeller to
remove any debris. If necessary, contact your
supplier for further instructions. Warning! Before
servicing the cleaner, make sure that the cleaner is
turned off.
Please contact your supplier for replacement.
Empty the canister and clean it.
Clean the filter(s) using a hose end sprayer.
Replace the anti reverse flow piece. Please contact
your supplier for replacement parts.
Clean the waste of filter screen and filter element.
Replace the filter . Please contact your supplier for
replacement parts.
Replace the V-clip. Please contact your supplier for
replacement parts.
Please contact the dealer to replace the battery.
Warning! Don't turn on the cleaner and replace the
battery yourself. This can cause serious or fatal
injury, so the warranty will not be valid.
Make sure the charger cable is properly connected to
the external adapter and the cleaner. Refer to this
manual for further guidance.
Contact your supplier for a replacement
charger. Warning! Using the wrong external
adapter will result in damage to the cleaner and
or the battery and void your warranty.
