Unpacking the appliance
•
Remove any protective film on the appliance or transport packaging from the appliance.
•
Completely unwind the cable.
Electrical connection
•
Check that the power supply voltage matches the operating voltage of the appliance
(see type plate).
•
Set the switch to 0 or the lowest level.
•
Only plug the power plug into a 230V~ 50Hz earthed contact socket that has been
properly installed in accordance with regulations.
Connected wattage
The appliance has a total maximum wattage of 2000 W: With this connected wattage, a separate
supply line protected by a 16 A household circuit breaker is recommended.
• If you use extension cables, these should have a
cable cross-section of at least 1.5 mm².
• Do not use any multiple sockets, as this appliance is
too powerful.
