IMPORTANT NOTES
➡ The power amperage provided depends on your input (by default 2A with our optional transformer). This
should be enough for most locks. However, if your UltraCOM caller station blocks up (red LED
ON), then you may need to use higher power amperage (up to 5A).
➡ No voltage should run back into the caller station's relay
functioning. In this case, you need to down power your caller station, check your connections and power
up the unit again.
➡ If you have looped your DC 12-24V supply and if your electric door lock does not function, please reverse
the polarity on your lock (or relay) and try again.
✦ Auxiliary trigger (AUX)
These two terminals act like a N/O switch and will be short circuited during the caller station ring once the call button
is pressed. However, there is no voltage supply from the terminals, it is a dry relay (N/O). They can be used,
for example, to trigger a conventional door chime or a courtesy light at the entrance. You can also loop your power
input, as described in the previous diagram.
8. Finally, screw the front plate back onto the back plate using the supplied tool.
WELL DONE, YOUR INSTALLATION IS NOW COMPLETE!
