3.Install instructions
Step 1 :
1) Fasten the front Stabilizer(2) to the mainframe (1) with 2*Allen bolts(3), 2
washers(4) and 2*capnuts (5).
2) First,push the plastic pipe(18-1) out , then adjust the webbing and place the
handle bar(18) horizontally on the handle base .
