MONITOR OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. You will need 2 x AA Batteries (provided) to operate the Monitor.
2.To select the function you want, press the MODE button and then select the
function of choice from the table above.
3.To reset the Monitor, hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds.
4.The Monitor will automatically turn off after 4 minutes when the rowing ma-
chine is not in use. Press any key to restart.
5.If there is an improper display on the Monitor, please replace both batteries
with new ones at the same time.
