Some possible problems wich may arise while using the lift are listed below. Ravaglioli will not accept

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Main switch in "0" position
Fuse of the transformer or main protection
fuses (installed by the user) burnt
Failure in the electric installation
Lifting limit switch with open contacts
(jammed or broken)
Cable breakage safety limit switch with
open contacts (jammed, broken or
operated by malfunction in the driving cam
controls)
Cable safety actuated due to very slack
cable
Cable safety actuated due to broken cable
Disconnected motor thermal probe
Slack cable safety actuated by obstacle
under the platform or by slack cable
Malfunction of the system driving the
operating cam
Failure of descent solenoid valve
The flow controlvalve does not work
properly
Clogged pipe
Descent solenoid valve jammed in open
position
Pump intake filter clogged
Piston gasket damaged or worn
Pump worn or damaged
Rise limit switch with open contacts
(jammed or broken)

Turn the switch to "I" position
b)
Replace the burnt fuses. Should the fuse
burn again, find the cause of the failure
c)
Check the efficiency of connections and
components (buttons, remote control
switch, transformer, thermal probe)
d)
Repair the limit switch or replace it
e)
Repair the limit switch taking care to check
the proper running of the control system of
the cam which operates the safety limit

Operate directly on the remote control
switch by means of an isulated scewdriver
until the cable is tensioned

Replace the cable (ask for the assistance
of the after sales service of your distributor)

Wait for thermal probe to reconnect

Press the rise button to tension all cables.
Remove the causes of cable slackening,
then lower the lift
b)
Repair the limit switch and check the
correct running of the control system of the
cam operating the safety limit switch.
Replace the switch if necessary.
