Spark plug
Remove the spark plug and
clean it with a wire brush after
the engine has cooled down
sufficiently. Using a feeler
gauge, set the distance to 0.7-
0.8 mm (0.030"). Replace the
spark plug and be careful not to
overtighten it.
OIL CHANGE
1) Switch off the engine and leave
Stop it entirely and cool it down.
2) Disconnect the spark plug cable and keep it away from the spark plug.
3) Remove the oil drain plug when the engine is still warm. Drain the oil into a
suitable container.
4) Clean the oil drain plug before you put it back in.
5) Keep the motor in balance. Remove the dipstick. Add about 0.6L of new
recommended oil (FUXTEC 4-T) slowly into the container up to the dipstick's upper
display. Do not overfill the reservoir.
6) Check the level with the dipstick
Air Filter
Disconnect the air filter cover and remove the sponge filter. Replace the air filter to
prevent objects from entering the air intake.

Emptying the fuel tank and carburetor
Option A (Recommended):
Use a FUXTEC suction pump to suck the gasoline out of the tank or let the mower
run empty.
