Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open since open-door operation can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to defeat or tamper with the safety interlocks.

In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

  • Page 9 PMWC1000-25  COOLING FEATURES THIS COMMERCIAL MICROWAVE OVER HAS A BUILT-IN AUTOMATIC COOLING FUNCTION. THIS IS NORMAL. THE MICROWAVE CAN CONTINUE TO OPERATE AS NORMAL DURING COOLING FAN MODE OPERATION. THE COOLING FEATRUE IS USED TO HELP EXTEND THE LIFE AND DURABILTY OF THIS MICROWAVE.

BEFORE COOKING (POWERED UP) The LED display lights up when plugged in electrical power supply and then enters Standby mode displaying 0:00. 2. PRESET BUTTONS For your convenience, the numbered keypad 1 through 0 has been preprogrammed with fixed time settings most common DEFROST when using a Commercial Microwave Oven.

  • Page 13 PMWC1000-25  13. TURN ON/OFF AUTO DETECT FUNCTION Auto Detect function automatically senses something inside the unit, disabling the microwave from operating if nothing is inside. In standby mode, press the START button and 9 number button simultaneously without releasing, turn on/off the Auto Detect Function, and display ON/OFF synchronously. NOTE: After disabling this function, the Auto Detect function will be disabled.
