Before starting any maintenance operation, make sure that the power cable is disconnected.
Cleaning: to remove the debris on the bottom, extract the collection tray, empty it and wash it with
water or detergent and dry it. For cleaning the grid, use a brush.
Do not touch the electrified grid with conductor things.
Do not immerse in water.
Replacement of lamps: make sure that the cable is disconnected. Remove the collection tray.
Unscrew the 2 screws that hold the lamp-holder and remove it. Remove the lamp and insert a new
one. Refit the lamp-holder fixing it with the 2 screws and install the collection tray.
To get the best performance out of ZAP, it is wise to position it at a height of between 1 and 2,5 meters
avoiding excessively ventilated areas.
