box, and keeping it in that box will ensure smooth
processing.
Causes
Poor contact between earth pliers
and the respective part
Short circuit between current nozzle
and gas supply pipe
Too loose current nozzle
Welder has overheated due to too
long use and the thermal protection
has activated
Arc not ignited within 0.3 sec - HRD
lights up red
Burner nozzle / electrode worn out
Removal
Tighten the pliers and check them
Remove paint and rust
Clean or replace the current and gas
nozzle
Current nozzle without dirt, paint and
rust remains
Tighten the current nozzle firmly
Let the welder cool down
Release the burner button and ignite
again. -> S.10
Replace burner nozzle / electrode
