8. REALIZING A TOTAL DEFROSTING
Stopping the machine is mandatory once a week.
- Disconnect the device.
- Empty the window.
- Stop the showcase.
- Open the door of the window.
- Leave it out of operation for 24 hours.
- Wipe off water marks.
- Empty the evaporation water tank : remove the back grille of the showcase by
removing the 2 visible screws.
