Note : If you use a USB-C cable, ensure it is from a reliable source and
has no structural damage. Do not attempt to use the device while
charging.
Additional Precautions
Do not use under a blanket or pillow : This could cause overheating,
risking fire, electric shock, or injury.
Storing the JOLT™ Thermo Pad and charging cable : Keep them in a
cool, dry place. Charge the JOLT™ Thermo Pad only when the ambient
temperature is between 0°C and 40°C. Avoid leaving it in places where
the temperature can exceed 40°C, such as in direct sunlight, in a vehicle,
or a metal building in summer.
Device maintenance: The JOLT™ Thermo Pad is not waterproof and
should not be washed with water. Avoid placing or storing it near a
bathtub or sink to prevent accidents. In case of contact with water,
immediately unplug the device. Clean it according to the cleaning and
maintenance instructions above. Do not let any liquid enter the device
or the ventilation openings.
Do not disassemble: Incorrect disassembly may result in electric shock
or fire. The warranty is void if the batteries, charger, or device are
disassembled or if components are removed.
