- Page 24 GETTING STARTED GUIDE Place and secure the device on the treatment area The JOLT™ Thermo Pad can be used as a handheld device with the handhold or securely fastened to the treatment area with the provided straps. Use the device directly on the skin to maximize its benefits or over light clothing if preferred.

Press and hold the corresponding button for cold or hot to turn on the device and start the treatment. (If the buttons are out of reach once the device is in place, turn it on and select your treatment beforehand.)
