Contrast therapy
Press Mix (M) to start contrast therapy. The hot and cold buttons light up
when the treatment starts.
The treatment lasts for 20 minutes, with five minutes of cold therapy
followed by five minutes of hot therapy, repeated once.
Briefly press the button corresponding to cold or hot at any time during
their respective treatments to change the temperature:
Cold
1 LED : 16°C
(default)
Hot
1 LED : 35°C
(default)
Treatment durations
The treatment durations are not reset when the temperature is
changed. They are reset when you switch from hot to cold treatment
and vice versa.
The device will automatically turn off once the treatment is finished.
Turning off the device
Press and hold the button corresponding to cold or hot to turn off the
device.
The device automatically turns off at the end of each treatment.
