Using the JOLT™ Thermo Pad
Preparation and start
Firmly place the device on the area to be treated. Press and hold the
corresponding button for cold or hot to turn on the device and start the
treatment. (If the buttons are out of reach once the device is in place, turn
it on and select your treatment beforehand.)
Cold therapy
Press and hold the button corresponding to cold (snowflake) to start
cold therapy. The button lights up blue when the treatment starts.
Briefly press this button at any time during the treatment to switch
between different temperatures:
1 LED : 16°C
(default)
The treatment lasts for 18 minutes.
Hot therapy
Press and hold the button corresponding to hot (flame) to start hot
therapy. The button lights up orange when the treatment starts.
Briefly press this button at any time during the treatment to switch
between different temperatures:
1 LED : 35°C
(default)
The treatment lasts for 24 minutes.
2 LED : 12°C
2 LED : 39°C
3 LED : 8°C
3 LED : 43°C
