EXTENDING THE LADDER
For telescopic ladders: Using the two handles, grasp the ladder on both sides and pull upwards,
extending this section to your needs, then pull the release bar to the A-frame position, locking the
hinge.
For a straight telescopic ladder: Pull the release rod to the straight position, locking the hinge.
Extend the ladder step by step as required.
For stepladder telescopic ladder: Using the two handles, grasp the ladder on both sides and pull
upwards, extending this section as required, then pull the release rod to the A-frame position, lock
the hinge, fold one side into the correct position for the stepladder.
FOLDING THE LADDER
When you have finished using the ladder, it can be folded to a size that allows storage:
Fold the ladder and then close it step by step using both handles.
STORAGE
The ladder must be stored in a safe dry location away from children and excessive heat.
THE LOCKING MECHANISMS
IMPORTANT! Familiarize yourself with how the ladder works before use!
Each step on the ladder has a pair of locking mechanisms. These consist of spring-loaded steel pins
that automatically lock into place as the ladder is extended.
Each mechanism is connected to a locking lever visible on the outside (see Fig. 1).
The locking levers have 2 purposes. They indicate whether the mechanism is locked (or not), and
they serve as buttons for releasing the pins (lowering the ladder).
