FLOOR LEVELING OPTIONS
A good foundation is a guarantee that your garage will work properly and last for many
years. Make sure that the foundation is laid on a stable surface. However, there are
several separate ways to build a good foundation.
Start with the fact that the construction site is drained and dry. It is always necessary
to remove the top layer of soil to reach solid ground – rock, gravel, sand, or stones.
After completing the digging, level the pit, laying a layer of gravel about 10 cm. When
carrying out all the work on the foundation, it is especially important that the
foundation is level over the entire surface, otherwise you will have difficulties installing
the garage.
You can choose from all the usual methods. You can pour out the entire concrete slab
under the garage on a gravel base. You can also use concrete beams that pass through
the wall beam, concrete plinths, light concrete elements, or asphalt base. All methods
work well but remember that the surface must be dry and stable.
A waterproofing material must be applied between the foundation and the garage (e.g.
Ruberoid, rubber, or other insulating material).
WALL PANELS
Before attaching wall panels, you must find the top of the wall panels. The top of the
wall panels is where the thickness of the wooden part is 60 mm. We recommend
painting the underside of the wall panels in one layer before installation. Screw the
wall panels to the base beam and continue in the same way until you have connected
all the wall panels.
During the production process, sometimes minor damage to the edges of the wall
panels is possible, which has no effect on the quality and visual appearance of the
product.
