> > "Raclette" function
• Turn on the resistors.
• Wait a few minutes to let the resistor reach the set temperature.
• The main ingredients necessary to prepare this dish of Swiss origin are: melted cheese
and potatoes.
• Everyone will be able to prepare its own dish by inserting the non-stick trays (7) in their
appropriate slots.
• Let the foods melt for the time necessary (usually 3÷5 minutes); when the "raclette" is
melted, let the dish slide on a dish.
Do not heat empty non-stick trays (7).
Do not place the hot non-stick trays on delicate surfaces (glass,
plastic, etc.).
Hold the non-stick trays (7) only from the handle. To protect your
hand with a pot holder or a towel is advised.
