The Auria™ Harmony™ Processor
Device Description
The Auria Harmony processor is a behind-the-ear (BTE) Sound Processor that
converts sound picked up by the microphone into electrical signals that are used by
the cochlear implant to enable hearing.
Using the Auria Harmony Processor
Powering the Auria Harmony Processor
Attaching and removing your PowerCel™ battery will turn your processor on and
off. The processor does not have an on/off switch. Remove your PowerCel from your
processor when not in use to optimize battery life.
Using the Battery
The PowerCels are used to power your processor. PowerCels are available in two sizes:
PowerCel Slim and PowerCel Plus for extended operating time. For recharging instructions,
see the manufacturers 'Instructions for Use' included with the PowerCels.
