• Fully charge the battery immedi
ately after purchase.
• ATTENTION: Fully charge the
battery at least 2 – 3 x per
year! So that it remains fully
functional and no low discharge
occurs.
• TIP: If you leave the battery in
the charger unit following the
charging operation, the battery
will not suffer any damage due
to low discharge. With very low
power consumption, the char-

ger unit connected to the power
supply system also maintains the
charge status of the battery over
a prolonged period.
• To preserve the manufacturer's
warranty, please observe and
follow all instructions in this user
manual.
• Never manipulate the device or
individual components yourself,
unless this has been explicitly
described in the user manual.
Repairs may only be carried out
by the identified service partner.
• For all 40V rechargeable
batteries the actual rated
output that is utilized for the
calculation is 36V.
