Before snow clearing
• Wear sturdy footwear and suitable clothing. Avoid
loosefitting clothing and scarves: these can be caught
by the cutter!
• Only position the device on solid ground. Clear the area of
objects and stones that could be caught and thrown out.
• Check cables, battery and switches and only use the
device when it is in perfect condition.
• Check all parts of the device for tight seating, wear and
deformation.
• Do not look directly into the LED light. This can cause
damage to the eyes.
• In the event of suspected damage of the device, ar
range for testing and/or repair by a qualified technician
and place the device out of service until the fault has
been corrected.
During snow clearing
• Only start the motor of the device if there are no per
sons in the danger zone of the device.
• Switch the device off when you transport or tilt the
device.
