CD/MD CHANGER CONTROL OPERATION
Starting CD/MD Changer
When © (CH.C) is pressed, power is switched on to select CD/MD
changer mode. The changer indicator (©) lights when a CD/MD
changer is connected.
Selecting a Disc
Press V to select the preceding disc.
Press A to select the next disc.
Note:
The V and A buttons (DISC UP/DOWN) have priority to track ran¬
dom play, disc random play, track scan play, disc scan play, track
repeat play, and disc repeat play mode. If either of these buttons is
pressed during any of these modes, the button releases the mode
and changes the disc.

Selecting a Track
Select a track to move the CD back to its beginning.
When
is pressed, the CD runs to the beginning of the next track.
When
is pressed, the CD runs back to the beginning of the cur¬
rent track. When it is pressed twice, the CD runs back to the begin¬
ning of the preceding current.
Searching a Track
Search a track by fast forward or backward.
The disc runs fast forward if
is pressed for more than 0.5 second.
When
is released, the disc starts playing again at that point.
The disc runs fast backward if
is pressed for more than 0.5 sec¬
ond. When
is released, the disc starts playing again at that point.
