CD PLAYER OPERATION

Inserting and Playing a CD
When a CD is inserted, power is automatically switched on to start
playing the CD.
• When a CD is inserted, the CD LOAD indicator (®) lights.
• To select CD mode from other mode when a CD is already inside,
press
<^>
(CD).
Selecting a Track
Track selection and search
Press ww to turn the CD forward to the beginning of the next track.
Press
to turn the CD backward to the beginning of the current
track.
• Be sure to carefully insert a CD (compact disc) with the label side up. If the label side is down, the
CD will be automatically ejected.
• Never use a protect film, stabilizer and the like that are commercially available as CD accessories
because they may cause faults or failures.
• No CD can be inserted when the front panel is open. If it is open, press OPEN CLOSE to close the
front panel, then insert a CD.

Searching a Track
Search a track by fast forward or backward.
The CD runs fast forward if
is pressed for more than 0.5 second.
When ►H is released, the CD starts playing again at that point.
The CD runs fast backward if
is pressed for more than 0.5 sec¬
ond. When
is released, the CD starts playing again at that point.
