Compressed air supply
NOTICE! Risk of product damage! Oper-
ate the product only with cleaned and con-
densate-free compressed air.
Note: Always use screw thread sealing tape
(e.g. Teflon tape) when screwing the plug-in
coupling into the product.
• Valves and hoses must be rated for pressure and
the required air flow.
• Always use a compressed air maintenance unit
with filter pressure reducer.
– Connect the compressed air hose to the plug-in
coupling and engage securely (► P. 3, fig. 2).
Washing and spraying gun
NOTICE! Risk of environmental damage!
Only use biodegradable sprays.
Note: Commercially available cartridges
with 40 mm cord threads can be used
instead of the vacuum cup provided.

– Fill the suction cup (6) and screw onto the spray
gun.
– Press the trigger (4), to start the compressed air
supply.
– Turn the nozzle (1) to set the jet width.
– Secure the nozzle using the counter nut (2).
– Release the trigger (4), to stop the compressed
air supply.
– Always clean the gun immediately after use
(► Cleaning – p. 19).

Note that cleaning agents and spray resi-
dues must be discarded in a pro-environ-
mental manner. Always heed the safety
instructions of the paint manufacturer.

Always spray cleaning agents into a closed
container so that the cleaning agent is
retained and no unnecessary vapours occur.
– Flush the suction cup and fill with a suitable clean-
ing agent.
– Screw the suction cup onto the spray gun.
– Press the trigger and flush the suction cup empty.
Lubrication
DANGER! Risk of injury! Disconnect the
compressed air supply before commencing
any work on the product.
NOTICE! Risk of product damage! Do not
use any silicone-based lubricants.
– Lightly oil all moving parts on a regular basis.
– The thread and seal must be lightly greased when
the nozzle is removed for cleaning.
Storage and transport
Storage
• Store the product and accessories in a dry, well-
ventilated place.
• The product and accessories must be protected
from soiling and corrosion if out of use for pro-
longed periods.
Transport
• Use the original packaging to ship wherever pos-
sible.
Troubleshooting
If something doesn't work...
DANGER! Risk of injury! Improper repairs
can result in the product functioning
unsafely. This endangers yourself and your
environment.
Malfunctions are often caused by minor faults. You
can easily remedy most of these yourself. Please
consult the following table before contacting the ven-
dor. You will save yourself a lot of trouble and possibly
money too.

leak-tightness and clogging.
