Hand-held and easy to use, this stroboscope is suited to many applications (teaching, research, industry,
maintenance,...) to analyse machine vibrations, to measure the rotational speeds of motors, pulleys,...
The STROBOSCOPE enables the identification of periodic movement by generating short luminous
flashes, of a frequency equal to the movement being studied.
The image thus obtained is stationary. It is then simply a question of reading the displayed frequency (in
flashes/minute).
As on TACHOMETER it measures rotational speed (in rpm) without contact and instantaneously.
Display: 4 LED (8.3 mm)
Measurement ranges:
Accuracy of the reading: ± 1 count (from 100 to 5000 flashes/min)
Resolution: 1 flash/min for the 2 ranges
Short-term stability: 0.5%
Out of r ange indicator: beyond 9999, a dot is displayed and resolution becomes
10 flashes/min.
N.B.: This upper range indicator dot is displayed either at the top on the left, or at the bottom on the right,
according to the type of display used.
