Changing the cartridge
1.
Ensure that the cartridge is empty before replacing it (shake it in order to hear the sound produced by the
liquid).
2.
Replace the cartridge outside and away from other people.
3.
Make sure that the cock of the hot plate is CLOSED. Cock on "OFF" position (clockwise rotation).
4.
Check that the cartridge connection lever is on the "UNLOCK" position.
5.
Open the cartridge holder lid and take out the cartridge.
6.
Check that the seals are in a good state of maintenance.
Put the cartridge in its housing placing the cut on the cartridge's neck in correspondence to the safety stop.

Position the connecting lever on the "LOCK" position.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean your equipment after EVERY USE. Do not use abrasive or flammable detergents, which may damage the
components of the unit and may cause a fire. Clean with a solution of warm water and soap.
NEVER USE THE PRODUCTS FOR OVEN CLEANING.
CAUTION: All cleaning and maintenance operations, should be made when the unit is cold and after removing
the cartridge.

There are some residual risks after the installation of the appliance that have to be considered:
Residual risks according to Regulation (EU) 2016/426 (annex 1, point 1.2):

Although the appliance is designed with all the possible safety requirements, in case of external fire there is
the possibility that the internal pressure and temperature of the appliance and of the cylinder will increase in
a dangerous and uncontrollable way; in that case use the extinguishing tools suitable for that conditions and
get away safely.

The use of incorrect cartridges and / or cartridges filled with gas other than the one indicated can produce
high values of carbon monoxide, dangerous for health. It is recommended to use the appliance only with
Kemper butane gas cartridges art. 577.
•
This appliance can produce carbon monoxide that has no odor. Inhalation of carbon monoxide, odourless
and clear gas, can cause flu-like symptoms, sickness illness and possibly death if produced inside aforesaid
areas through use of the product without proper ventilation.

The use of two or more burners in series or located near flammable substances may cause a risk of fire.
Therefore, it's recommended to not put beside the burners and keep them away from flammable substances
or from any objects be affected by heat
•
At the end of use, always unlock the cartridge and don't leave the hot pan on the stove. A hot pan can
overheat the cartridge. RISK OF EXPLOSION.

The appliance does not have a flame supervision device. Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
RISK OF FIRE.
The producer will not answer for damages to things or persons coming from the not correct use or not correspondent to
these instructions. The guarantee is of two years from the date of purchase of the goods and only in the case in which the
product has not been tampered, has not been damaged and has not fallen. Buying receipt with the date must accompany
the product. In case of damages due to an incorrect use of the product, the warranty will not be valid.
