INTENDED USE

Modular, freely configurable system for providing direct access to work materials.
All sides feature 9 x 9 mm perforated panels with 37 mm grid to take easyFix
hooks and holders, and other perforated panel accessories.

3.
Assembly
3.1.
INSTALLING THE MARKING ATTACHMENT (UNI TOWER)

Height of marking attachment: 220 mm. Overall height of mobile UNI Line
Tower with attachment: 2290 mm.

1. Provide a suitable support surface for the assembly work (e.g. wooden slats).
2. Connect the four side parts of the marking attachment together.
3. Place the cover on the side parts and secure with 18 screws.

4. Mount the assembled marking attachment on the UNI Tower.
5. Secure the marking attachment to the top of the UNI Tower side walls using 4
screws.
3.2.
INSTALLING THE SHELF

1. Insert two shelf carriers at the desired height on each side wall.
2. Position the shelf.
3. On both sides, screw in the easyFix plastic plug to provide anti-tilt protection into

the rear hole of the shelf.
3.3.
INSTALLING THE DRAWER MODULE

Only one drawer module may be installed in the UNI Tower.

1. Place the drawer module on a suitable support surface.
2. Press the one-hand individual drawer release system of the upper drawer and
pull out the upper drawer as far as it will go (1).

3. Press the locking springs of the upper drawer on both sides and remove the up-
per drawer (2).
4. If you are installing a drawer module with 3 drawers, repeat steps 1 to 3 with the
centre drawer.

5. Press the one-hand individual drawer release system of the lower drawer and
slide one side part backwards (3).

6. Press the locking spring of the lower drawer and remove the side part (3).
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the other side part.
8. Attach the side parts to the side wall of the UNI Tower at the desired height (4).
9. Screw both side parts into place with easyFix plastic plugs (4).
10. Attach the drawers to the guide rails. Start with the lower drawer (5).
3.4.
INSTALLING THE FULL-HEIGHT DOOR (UNI TOWER)

Two people are required to install the door.

1. Insert the lower crossbar into the UNI Tower (1).
2. Screw in place on both sides with easyFix plastic plugs (2).
3. Screw in place on both sides with screws (3).
4. Unscrew both mounting screws of the top cover of the UNI Tower and remove
the cover (4).
5. Insert the upper crossbar in the UNI Tower, hold it in place and have the second
person screw it in place on both sides with easyFix plastic plugs from the inside
and with screws from the outside (5).
6. Place the cover on the UNI Tower and secure with 18 screws (5).
7. Punch out pre-punched holes on the right side wall using a taper pin punch.
8. Open both door hinges.
9. Insert the door in the UNI Tower. To do this, press the hinges into the punched
openings, using a rubber hammer if necessary.
3.5.
INSTALLING THE HALF-HEIGHT DOOR (UNI TOWER)

Two people are required to install the door.

2. Insert the door compartment cover into the UNI Tower. Place the thread inserts
directly on the front edge.
3. Hold the door compartment cover and have the second person secure it on both
sides with screws.

3.6.
INSTALLING THE HALF-HEIGHT DOOR (Z-TOWER)

1. Insert the lower crossbar into the Z-Tower (1).
2. Screw in place on both sides with easyFix plastic plugs (2).
3. Screw in place on both sides with screws (3).
4. Punch out pre-punched holes on the right side wall using a taper pin punch.
5. Open both door hinges.
6. Insert the door in the Z-Tower. To do this, press the hinges into the punched
openings, using a rubber hammer if necessary.
3.7.
ASSEMBLING THE PUSH HANDLE

1. Attach the push handle to the side wall in the desired position.
2. Screw the push handle in place with easyFix plastic plugs.
3.8.
FITTING THE SET OF WHEELS

CAUTION
Transporting to the place of installation
The net weight is high – risk of injury if it is lifted improperly.

Wear foot protection and safety gloves.

Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.

At least two persons must be employed to transport it to the installation location.

Do not fit castors with a parking brake diagonally.
1. With two people, place the UNI Tower on a suitable support surface to provide a
ground clearance of at least 150 mm at the corners of the base plate.
2. Using a suitable tool, press 4 blanking plugs out of the base plate from below (1).
3. Insert the washer and nut (2) into the castor from below (2). Counter-hold by
hand.
4. Position the castor on the hole in the base plate (2).
5. Counter-hold the nut using a spanner (2).
6. Secure the castor with a screw (2).
7. Repeat the process for the other castors.
4.
Cleaning
Do not use chemical, alcohol-based, abrasive or solvent-based cleaners. Wipe down
powder-coated surfaces (such as body, metal panelling, drawers, storage shelves)
with lukewarm, dampened cloth.
