• Never put objects through the ventilation grate
into the device. Danger of death!
• The product heats up during operation. Risk of
injury!
• The product must not be covered. This poses a
fire risk.
• Never expose the product to water or other liq-
uids.
• The product must not be operated in rooms with
bathtubs, showers or swimming pools or near to
wash basins or water connections.
• Do not use the heater in conjunction with a timer
or any other switch capable of automatic activa-
tion, as this creates a fire hazard.
• The heater must not be positioned beneath a wall
socket.
• Do not use adapters or extension cords.
• Position the unit at least 1m away from highly
combustible materials such as furniture, trees,
leaves, dry grass and bushes.
• The heater must be a minimum of 1.8m (6 feet)
away from the ground and a minimum of 0.7m
(2.5 feet) away from the ceiling of a building or
overhanging items.
• The heater must not face with the heating element
pointing upwards towards a ceiling. The heater
element must be facing the area it is to heat.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from
8 years and above and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away
unless continuously supervised.
• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years
shall only switch on/off the appliance provided
that it has been placed or installed in its intended
normal operating position and they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and
less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and
clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
• CAUTION! Some parts of this product can
become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and vul-
nerable people are present.
• Symbols appearing on your device may not be
removed or covered. Signs on the device that are
no longer legible must be replaced immediately.

heater!

– Mount the brackets on the back of the heater
using the enclosed screws (M5*10mm screws).
– Please adjust the brackets with the correct dis-
tance (approx. 4cm).
– Loosen the screw fastening at the top end of the
telescopic rod.
– Please place the upper end of the rod between
the brackets on the back of the heater and con-
nect the two parts with the screw fastening.

for decorative only and never cover clothes
or anything over it which may cause fire eas-
ily.
Operation
Check before switching on!
DANGER! Risk of injury! The product may
only be put into operation if no faults are
found during the check-up. Ensure that any
defective parts are replaced before the prod-
uct is used again.
Check the safe condition of the product:
– Check whether there are any visible defects.
– Check whether all parts of the product are firmly
attached.
– Check whether all switches are at [0] before you
insert the plug into the outlet.
