3. Step 3: Install the headlight and mudgard onto the front fork using screws

4. Step 4: Upside down the bicycle, Insert the axle core into the front wheel axle
core hole, thread the two bushings on the axle core on both sides of the front
wheel, then install the front wheel and axle core on the front fork, and put on
safety hooks on both sides of the axle core in sequence, gaskets, nuts, and
tighten the nuts with a open-end wrench. ( As: Figure 4.2 & 4.3 ).
