TSMP guarantees steel plate 10 years and the components 5 years from the date of
purchase by the consumer. If a part is defective whilst under warranty, the part will only
be repaired or replaced according to TSMP policy. This guarantee is null and void in case
of abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
For any intervention required, please contact our after-sales service (see contact details
page 24).
Protected parts must not be manipulated by the users.
For any intervention non-covered by our guarantee or required spare part, a quotation
will be sent to you prior to any intervention.
Not covered by the guarantee:

Damage, failures or operating difficulties from external causes and/or professional,
industrial or collective usage.
o
Failures or operating difficulties resulting from modifications from original
construction or characteristics of the appliance.
o
Failures or operating difficulties linked to non-conforming parts.
o
Non compliance with user's instructions and in particular security recommendations.
o
Repairs and damage resulting from service or repairs done by somebody other than
an accreditated representative of our company.
o
Damage due to corrosion, rust, or an improper connection.
