/!\ WARNING :LEAK TEST
You should check for leaks outdoors away from sources of ignition before using.
Ensure that the adjustment levers are in the closed position (●)
Using soap and water, after opening the bottle and resetting the regulator, check for bubbles at
the bottle fittings, valve and appliance levels.
If bubbles appear, it indicates that there are gas leaks.
Close the gas bottle and tighten the fittings.
Repeat the leaks test.
If a leak is from another origin, stop using your plancha griddle and check with the
manufacturer or local dealer.
At each gas bottle change, repeat the leak test.
/!\ DANGER :
Never use a flame to check for gas leaks.
Never use an appliance that leaks (in case of leakage, turn off gas supply at bottle valve ).
Change your gas bottle in properly ventilated area away from any inflammable source
such as naked flames, cigarettes or any source of heat.
Repeat the leak test when changing the bottle.
Warning : Regularly empty the grease cup using protectives gloves if the cup is hot.

Turn on the gas bottle valve and push the safety button on the regulator.

Turn control knob to "high".
o
Push control knob in and push the ignition button. A series of sparks will ignite the
burners. Continue pushing the control knob in for 5 seconds and make sure all the
burners are lit.

Your appliance is in operation.
o
You can control the intensity of the flames by turning the control knobs (the small
flame corresponds to the weakest heat).
o
To turn off the plancha griddle , close the gas bottle valve and turn the control knobs to
the off position.
o
If the Piezo electric starter is not working, you can light the burners with a large match.
Note
Do not forget to empty the grease collecting cup. Use heat protective gloves should
the cup or the appliance be hot.
