Cable
The distance between the GALEO and the
remote electronics box cannot exceed
10m. Make sure that the cable is close to
high voltage cables (ex: 230 V AC).

To expand the supplied 3 metre cable,
select a 2 twisted pairs cable (4 wires),

The remote electronics of the GALEO
must be installed in a secure and closed
environment, protected from outside

weather conditions. The keypad is
connected to it (supplied as standard with
a 3m cable).
Security advice
For security advice reasons, there is no
master code in the factory setting (only
5 digits).
The 1 2 3 4 5 code is forbidden as a
master code. When selecting a master
code and user code avoid sequential
codes (example : 3 4 5 6 7).
Back EMF protection
To protect the system against back
electro-magnetic fields do not forget to
mount the varistor in parallel on the lock.
